Maspro Denkoh Corp. Japan will start selling Wall-Mount Type UHF Antenna SKY WALLIE(U2SWL) from April, 2009.

This model can be installed not only onto the wall but also on the balcony or on the pole without any additional mounting tools.

When an antenna is fixed on the wall, we sometimes face problems of not getting the suitable reception sensitivity.
Thanks to the wide directivity design and the antenna adjustable mechanism, this model can be adjusted up to plus or minus 45°after installation and makes the suitable directivity adjustment. As for the performance, this model has the same gain of 14-element of YAGI Array.

This model adopts round shape design to be matched with the houses when installing onto the walls. This is the UHF Antenna which has high performance and good style of design.

According to the shift to Terrestrial Digital Broadcasting in 2011, the demand of UHF antenna is recently increasing and there are a lot of Yagi-type antenna and also a lot of wall-mount type antennas in the market.. Yet there are certain limit on both Yagi-Type Antennas and wall-mount type antennas. Yagi-Type antennas are usually not to be matched with the housing design and resin-casting-case antennas are to be installed at the veranda or in the room where the TV signal comes in and need extra antenna fittings for the outdoor installation. So users were not so satisfied with either antennas.

But this model U2SWL has good outlook utilizing resin mold characteristics and can be easily mounted without any extra metal fittings, and has high antenna gain which is equivalent to 14-element YAGI array. This model U2SWL can be rotated its direction within up to plus or minus 45°and with wide directivity design, it can be flexible in installation and direction adjustment in line with the TV Signal direction.
	Durability Case is made of ASA-resin* and because of Vertical/Slim design, this model has good tolerance against snow falls and snow accumulation which may cause deterioration of the antenna performance. *ASA resin: in addition to ABS resin’s good durability, anti- shocking and easy processing, this resin is high performance enhanced styrene resin for elasticity and for good anti-weather effect.
